Welcome to Nashville Golf Cart Rentals, operated by Golf Cart Gentlemen LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a rental, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.


1. Services

Nashville Golf Cart Rentals provides golf cart rental services for weddings, events, corporate functions, and personal use within the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area. All rentals are subject to availability, signed rental agreements, and signed waivers.


2. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and a waiver is signed. Full payment is collected at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing displayed at checkout reflects the total amount due, including delivery fees and applicable taxes.


3. Delivery and Pickup

Local delivery is available within our service area. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our service location and are displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate, accessible, and that an authorized adult is present at the time of delivery and pickup.


4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 10 days of delivery are non-refundable, as your golf cart has been reserved and scheduled for delivery.

However, in the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the customer's control (such as severe weather conditions or other events that make usage of the golf cart impossible), we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a refund or credit is appropriate.

5. Security Deposit and Damages

A security deposit may be required for certain rentals. The customer is responsible for any damage to the golf cart beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repair or replacement of damaged equipment will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced to the customer.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Nashville Golf Cart Rentals, you agree to the following:

- You consent to receive text messages including booking confirmations, delivery updates, appointment reminders, review requests, and occasional promotional offers from Nashville Golf Cart Rentals.

You agree to use our golf carts safely, in accordance with all applicable laws and our rental agreement, and to return them in the same condition you received them, normal wear and tear excepted. Operation of golf carts on public roads where prohibited, by unlicensed drivers where required, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden.


8. Liability

Use of our golf carts is at your own risk. By signing a waiver and renting a cart, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to the liability terms outlined in your rental agreement. Golf Cart Gentlemen LLC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses arising from the use of rented equipment, except as required by applicable law.


9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and branding, is the property of Golf Cart Gentlemen LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


11. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
